Whether you order a whole or a half hog, you will be able to fill out a custom cut sheet with La Tech Meat Lab prior to C6 delivering the hog to them for processing.
The actual costs for 1/2 of a fully processed 275# hog in June 2026 was as follows:
$341 to C6 Farms for the purchase of the hog and delivery to La Tech Meat Labs
$159 to La Tech Meat Lab.
$500 Total (June 2026)
1/2 of a 275# hog typically will have a hanging weight of 99# and a take home weight of approximately 78.5#.
$500.00/78.5# = $6.37/lb take home weight
