The attached images are examples of what a 95# to 110# ram will physically look like. Ram Lambs will be taken to Parish Meat Processors in Sibley, LA for processing. Parish is a USDA inspected facility.
Whether you order a half or a whole lamb, you will be able to fill out a custom cut sheet with Parish Meat Processing prior to C6 delivering the ram lamb to them for processing.
The actual costs for a fully processed 92# ram lamb in September 2023 was as follows:
$293.70 to C6 Farms for the purchase of the ram lamb and delivery to Parish
$101.00 to Parish Meat Processors.
$394.70 Total (September 2023)….prices are subject fluctuate with the ram markets.
