“As one of your loyal beef fans, I am so thrilled you guys are also growing chickens! Most people do not know what chicken is supposed to taste like. Pastured chicken has firmer flesh simply because they run around like God intended, as opposed to being crammed into overcrowded coops all day and the meat injected with water at the grocery store to increase weight. Also, I do not understand today’s “vegetarian-fed hens.” What? Chickens are omnivores, and they will thank you for giving them space to roam. I grew up eating “farm-to-table,” long before it became a fashionable social movement. Your chicken is just how I remember it. It just tastes better. Please put me on your list!”
